On February
28, 2007 we proudly donated $50,000.00 to the Arnprior &
District Memorial Hospital expansion project through Partners
in Caring Foundation Arnprior Hospital Boyce Funeral Home
Donation Article. On Friday December 21, 2007 Cathy Smith
of Boyce Funeral Home suffered a major heart attack at the
Arnprior Hospital. Because of the Arnprior Hospital's professional
conduct and superior actions she was able to be transferred
to the Ottawa Heart Institute where a stint was implanted,
saving her life. The members at the Ottawa Heart Institute
commemorated the Arnprior Hospital and it's staff for their
quick response and attentive care that they gave to Cathy,
essentially saving her life.
